Last updated: February 6, 2026
Thank you for using Packvero.com and our related services (the "Services"). This Policy describes how packvero.com collects, uses and processes personal information in connection with our Services.
Contents
Our privacy protection measures for employees, prospective employees and independent contractors are set out separately in our employee policies and in our third-party contracts, and this Policy does not apply to them. Personal information collected from job applicants is described in the "Third-Party Services" section below.
Personal information is essential to certain features of our Services. For example, we sometimes need to disclose your personal information to third parties and service providers that help us provide our Services. If you are unwilling to provide your personal information in accordance with this Policy and to allow us to disclose it to third parties, you will not be able to use certain features of our Services.
In addition, some of our Services (including the "Shop" page) have social-media-like features ("Social Tools"), such as "like", "follow", "share" or otherwise interacting with content or creators, and these interactions may disclose your personal information. Some of our Services also link to (or allow users to link to) third-party services, websites or applications, and those services, websites or applications are subject to the third parties' own privacy policies or practices. These third parties may independently request, collect, process and/or share your personal information. We therefore recommend that you review the privacy notices or policies of all third parties you visit.
We collect personal information that users provide when using our Services. As described in more detail below, users provide some information directly, such as when creating an account or purchasing a product, while some information is collected automatically from users' devices. In addition, we also obtain information from customers, service providers and vendors.
Users provide us with personal information when they:
In some cases, users of our Services may also provide personal information about other individuals (for example, through interacting with our Social Tools or on social media, or by selling or shipping to an individual through our Content Tools).
Depending on how you interact with us, the personal information we collect may include:
If you register a packvero account and use our Content Tools, interact with our Social Tools, visit our "Shop" page or interact with us on social media, the information and content you provide or upload may be visible to other users. In addition, if you post information or content on publicly accessible pages or media, we will collect that information and use it for the purposes described in this Policy. Third parties may also collect any information or content that is publicly accessible through our websites or services, and you may therefore receive unsolicited messages from other parties.
When you use our Services or interact with us, we may collect certain personal information passively or automatically, which means that we may collect this information without the user actively providing it. This data may include your IP address, location (city/state/country/region), website usage information and device information.
Our websites and Services also use cookies and similar technologies. Cookies are small text files that our websites send to your computer, which allow the websites and some of our service providers to receive and store information that can uniquely identify our users. You can delete cookies at any time and reset your browser to refuse all cookies or to display a message when a cookie is received. If you reset your browser, you may not be able to use certain features of our websites and Services.
We use cookies for the following purposes:
We also work with other companies that place cookies or web beacons on our websites. These companies help us operate our websites and provide you with other products and services. They are bound by contractual obligations and other legal restrictions, but we cannot access or control their cookies.
The Cookie and Third-Party Services Notice below describes the categories of cookies we use, including cookies used for advertising, and how you can manage them.
Although the purposes for which we process personal information vary depending on the circumstances, in general we use personal information for the following purposes. We may use the information we collect about you:
We may de-identify personal information and create anonymous and aggregated data sets and reports for any lawful purpose, including evaluating, improving and developing our business, products and services, and for other research, marketing and analytics purposes.
If you are located in the UK, the EU or Switzerland, our legal bases for processing your personal information include the performance of a contract with you (for example, to process and deliver an order), your consent, the performance of legal obligations and the pursuit of our own legitimate business interests. These legitimate interests include: managing our relationship with you; updating our records and resolving user issues; improving, analysing, personalising and developing the services we provide to you; communicating with you about your use of our Services; operating, troubleshooting and improving our Services; monitoring the use of our Services; improving, securing and running related quality control, and upgrading or enhancing our Services; debugging to identify and fix errors that occur in the course of providing the Services; enforcing our agreements and policies; and notifying you of changes to any terms relating to any services you may use or to our Privacy Policy. Where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw your consent at any time, but this does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
We do not use automated decision-making, including profiling, that produces legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affects you.
Although we do not disclose personal information to third parties in exchange for monetary compensation, we do disclose or provide personal information to third parties in order to obtain certain services or benefits from them.
We may share personal information with the following parties:
We may also disclose your information:
For more information about the third parties to which we disclose your information, and about how to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, please see the Supplemental Information for Residents of Certain Regions section below.
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act ("CCPA") and multi-state privacy laws, the categories of personal information that we may "sell", "share" or use for "targeted advertising" purposes (as defined in the CCPA and multi-state privacy laws) include:
Again, we do not sell these categories of information for monetary benefit.
We will retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law, or otherwise agreed between the parties. Where regulatory or professional responsibility obligations require it, or where we consider it necessary to establish, defend or protect the legal rights of us or others, we may retain personal information for longer.
We also retain usage data for internal analysis or to enhance the security of our Services or improve their features.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may transfer the personal information we collect about you to the United States and other jurisdictions whose data protection levels may differ from those of your country/region, for the necessary purposes described in this Policy. We have implemented the applicable Standard Contractual Clauses to protect your personal information transferred to the United States and other jurisdictions.
Before sharing your data with third parties other than our agents, or for purposes other than those for which it was originally collected or subsequently authorised, we will provide a separate opt-out or opt-in option for sensitive data. To limit the use and disclosure of your personal information, please submit a written request.
Our Services are not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect, sell or share the personal information of children under 18. If you are under 18, you may not use our Services, and you may not provide your information to us through our websites or otherwise. We encourage parents and legal guardians to monitor their children's internet use and to help enforce this Policy.
The security of your personal information is important to us. We take physical, administrative and technical measures to protect the personal information we collect and process, but we cannot guarantee, and you should not expect, that your data will be completely free from all potential threats and malicious actors.
If a personal data breach occurs that is likely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify the relevant supervisory authority and, where required by applicable law, you, without undue delay.
We recognise and honour opt-out preference signals (also known as Global Privacy Control), but only to the extent required by applicable law.
Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" (DNT) setting. Because there is no common industry standard for how DNT signals should be interpreted, our Websites do not currently respond to DNT signals; you may instead use the opt-out mechanisms described in this Policy.
We may amend this Policy from time to time, and we will notify you of any updates by posting the revised Policy on our website. The "Last updated" date shown at the top of this Policy indicates when we last revised this Policy.
This section provides information to California residents as required by California privacy laws, including the CCPA.
Categories of personal information we collect and disclose. Our collection, use and disclosure of the personal information of California residents will vary depending on the specific circumstances and nature of our interaction or relationship with the resident. The "Information We Collect" section above lists the categories of personal information of California residents that we have collected for business purposes and disclosed to others in the past twelve months (as defined in the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA)). We collect these categories of personal information from the sources described in that section of this Policy, and use them for the purposes described in the "How We Use Personal Information" section above.
If you are a California resident, the CCPA grants you certain rights and imposes restrictions on certain business practices, as follows:
If you are a California resident, you may choose to opt out of a business's sale or sharing of your personal information simply by sending an email to help@packvero.com.
You may submit requests to exercise your other rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) by sending an email to help@packvero.com, or to the address provided in the "Contact Us" section below.
We will use the following process to verify your request: we will confirm receipt of your request and verify it in accordance with the process required by law, and then process and respond to your request as required by law. To verify such requests, we may ask you to provide the following information:
For requests to know the categories of personal information we collect, we will verify your identity to a reasonable degree of certainty by matching at least two data points you provide with information in our systems that is considered reasonably reliable.
For requests to know specific personal information, or to correct or delete personal information, we will verify your identity to a high degree of certainty by matching at least three pieces of personal information you provide with the personal information we hold in our systems, and by obtaining a declaration signed under penalty of perjury that the requester is the consumer whose personal information is the subject of the request.
We will respond to a verifiable consumer request within 45 days of receiving it. If we require more time, we will notify you of the reason and of the extension period in writing, which may be up to a further 45 days.
We do not offer financial incentives, or price or service differences, in exchange for the collection, retention, sale or sharing of personal information.
California's "Shine the Light" law (California Civil Code section 1798.83) permits California residents to request certain information about our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. You may make such a request by sending an email to help@packvero.com.
Authorised agent requests: An authorised agent of a California resident may submit a CCPA request on their behalf by providing either: (1) a power of attorney valid under California law; or (2) proof that the consumer has signed authorisation for the authorised agent to submit the request. The consumer must also provide either: (1) verification of their own identity, to demonstrate their right to know the categories described above, to know specific personal information, or to delete the above; or (2) direct confirmation by the consumer that they have authorised the agent to submit the request.
Under the following U.S. state laws, individuals have specific privacy rights as described in this section: the Colorado Privacy Act; the Connecticut Data Privacy Act; the Delaware Personal Data Privacy Act; the Indiana Consumer Data Protection Act; the Iowa Consumer Data Protection Act; the Kentucky Consumer Data Protection Act; the Maryland Online Data Privacy Act; the Minnesota Consumer Data Privacy Act; the Montana Consumer Data Privacy Act; the Nebraska Data Privacy Act; the New Hampshire Data Privacy Act; the New Jersey Data Protection Act; the Oregon Consumer Privacy Act; the Rhode Island Data Transparency and Privacy Protection Act; the Tennessee Information Protection Act; the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act; the Utah Consumer Privacy Act; and the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act. These laws are collectively referred to as the "multi-state privacy laws".
This section provides information to individuals who have rights under the multi-state privacy laws.
Categories of personal information we collect and disclose. Our collection, use and disclosure of the personal information of individuals who have rights under the multi-state privacy laws will vary depending on the specific circumstances and nature of our interaction or relationship with the individual. The "Information We Collect" section above lists the categories of personal information we have collected for business purposes and disclosed to others in the past twelve months. We collect these categories of personal information from the sources described in that section of this Policy, and use them for the purposes described in the "How We Use Personal Information" section above. Please note that certain multi-state privacy laws use the term "personal data" rather than "personal information". For the purposes of this Policy, "personal information" has the same meaning as "personal data".
If you reside in a state governed by the multi-state privacy laws, these laws may grant you certain rights and impose restrictions on certain business practices, as follows:
You may choose not to sell your personal information, or exercise the other opt-out rights granted to you under the applicable multi-state privacy laws described above, by sending an email to help@packvero.com.
You may also submit requests to exercise your other rights under the multi-state privacy laws by sending an email to help@packvero.com, or to the address provided in the "Contact Us" section below.

To verify such requests, we may ask you to provide the following information:
For your request to access the personal information we collect, we will verify your identity to a reasonable degree of certainty by matching at least two data points you provide with information in our systems that is considered reasonably reliable.

Authorised agent requests: An authorised agent may submit a privacy rights request on behalf of an individual by providing either: (1) a power of attorney valid under applicable law; or (2) proof that the consumer has signed authorisation for the authorised agent to submit the request. The consumer must also provide either: (1) verification of their own identity, to demonstrate their right to know the categories described above, to know specific personal information, or to delete the above; or (2) direct confirmation by the consumer that they have authorised the agent to submit the request.
If you are located in the EU, the UK or Switzerland:
You may contact us to exercise any rights you have under applicable data protection laws, which may include: (1) accessing your data; (2) correcting data; (3) deleting data; (4) restricting the processing of your data; (5) obtaining a file of your personal information; (6) objecting to the processing of your data; and (7) where we have obtained your consent to processing, withdrawing that consent. In certain circumstances, these rights are subject to limitations. For example, we may refuse your access request where necessary to protect the rights and freedoms of other individuals; or we may refuse to delete your personal information where such processing is necessary to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
